TND 45 S and TND 65 S
CNC Turning Center with Two Turret, Y Axis and Sub-Spindle
Ergomat TND 45 S and TND 65 S lathes are designed for the finished production of complex turned parts in serial production.
The sturdy and vibration-absorbing machine frame has a 60º slant bed for uninhibited chip fall and excellent accessibility to the working area.
The modern machine elements used ensure maximum dimensional accuracy and reliable repeatability when machining even hard-to-machine materials.
The TND 45 S and TND 65 S comes standard with a main and a counter spindle, Main Spindle Side Servo-Turret and Sub-Spindle Side Servo-turret for BMT 55 tool holders for live tools.
Radial and axial milling operations, as well as axial machining outside of the center of the spindle are available with live tools on both turrets.
The parts separator is integrated in the lower turret, via which the workpiece is guided onto the conveyor belt, which leads the machined parts to the left-hand side discharge.
The chip conveyor is integrated in the coolant tank.
