Single Spindle Cam Controlled Automatic Lathe

With electronic spindle speed and feed control

TB 42 E, TB 60 E and TB 80 E screw machines are automatics for heavy-duty machining that can be used extremely economically for the production of medium to large batch sizes.

In their basic version, the machines are equipped with a tailstock and quill and four radial tool slides mounted on the tailstock.
CE-compliant housing and electrics comes standard.

Depending on the torque required at the spindle, four speed ranges can be set
(0 – 25%, 0 – 50%, 0 – 75% and 0 – 100% of nominal spindle speed)

B&S collets available

Available as additional equipment:

• Six-positions turret (SRV)
• Thread milling and polygon turning attachment (GFRE)
• Single point turning attachment (LEV)
• Counter spindle (GLE)

TB machines in special execution:

• TBF 42 – with hydraulic clamping, for chuck Ø 110 mm (4,33 “)
• TBH 60 and TBH 80 – with hydraulic collet clamping
