CNC Gang-type Lathe TNG 42

Ergomat CNC universal lathe with gang-type cross slide model TNG 42 is an extremely flexible automatic turning machine with an optimal cost/benefit ratio.

Extremely short set-up times are possible by using the pre-settable tool holder block. On these, a complete tool set can be changed within just a few seconds. It comes standard with the machine.

High speed cross slide travels minimize chip-to-chip times – a basic requirement for extremely economical production.

The TNG 42 with its sturdy, extremely compact machine design with a 60º slant bed for optimal chip flow offers a clear, comfortable, and ergonomically designed workplace.

As a unique feature, the TNG 42 is available with a hinged machine hood, which allows easy cleaning of the working area within minutes.
